So pay "fines" in Albania, police and so some money!

It happens often to point a finger against public employees lured by corruption . But the fact remains that even though the law provides punishment for people who tend corruption , none of them punished . It happened yesterday afternoon in Laprakë area . A citizen is detained on Monday afternoon ( September 30 ) by police patrols near The overall Laprakë in the capital area .
