Peja Rugova UFO?

An unidentified object was filmed near the village Kuqishtë Rugova, in Peja. Resident who was at the scene, Loyalty Lajci, told the Telegraph that remained dumbfounded when he saw such an object. He showing the chronology of the event explained that initially was working in his meadow, where he heard the unusual barking of his dog and is closer to understanding what is happening.
